Anderson is an engineer at an electrical company, steady routine, everyday is the same 9 to 5. This kind of life let’s him get by pretty well, having a three bedroom apartment in the busy part of town. Anderson also keeps two energetic cats, and he can occasionally rewards himself with a higher price purchase.

One early morning, Anderson was alone at the office, working on the layout that needs to be done by tomorrow. He looked at the new tv they put in the conference room, and thought of the 60 inch TV he only turned on once since he moved in. The news was on, on about an incident of death by overworking. The name of the company was blurred, but he could clearly recognize it’s the one he comes and go everyday.

Anderson hasn’t gotten the shock out of his system, on the day which the news took place, he took a sick day. He opened a can of premium cat food for his two cats. He wore a pair of shorts he bought a year ago but first time changing into it. He habitually hung the ID badge holder in place, only until he saw the reversed reality, that he realized his own disorder.

Going back to where we started, Anderson suddenly got up, turned to put on his jacket and left the seat. Walking towards the building’s front door, lit a cigarette, and told himself, at least he’s still wearing what he likes. He opened the glass door with his ID holder. Returned to the abnormality that’s been gotten sued to. Continuing to work.
